Dane’s own fine-art work help to keeps his commercial work fresh.

Art allows me to play. It also allows me to express a philosophy graphically—
a philosophy that is not in words—it’s in the balance. Often there are things
in my art images that I don’t even see till later. The image grows in meaning
for me, it comes to speak to me.

Pursuing art photography primarily as part of his spiritual path, he does not seek
venues for exhibition, although through special invitation he occasionally shows
is work and has had exhibits both locally and as far away as Vladivostok, Russia.
